Description
Weaver Susana Mendez, resident at Oficina dos Têxteis, proposes to teach her art of working wool threads on the handloom.
Program
This is the ideal workshop for those who are curious to try a loom for the first time. With a project already prepared, each participant will do the last phase of weaving: weaving.
At the end, you will take with you the fabric samples you have made during the workshop.

Susana Méndez, founder of Susana Méndez – Textile Studio in Loulé, is a textile artist passionate about handweaving, tapestry and embroidery. With a degree in Arts and Graphic Design, she combines illustration with the creation of decorative pieces in threads, colors and textures, developing original projects and sharing her experience through training.
