Aimed at ceramics enthusiasts, beginners and intermediates, you will learn about glazing theory, preparation, application techniques and firing.

Session 1: Introduction to glazing theory – materials, colours and finishes.
Session 2: Glass chemistry, types of firing, safety precautions.
Session 3: Test preparation and application methods.
Session 4: Discussion of results, common problems with glazes and how to correct them.
