Description

This workshop aims to introduce you to the gastronomic culture of one of the region’s most emblematic dishes. Using local ingredients, we’ll start by visiting the iconic Praça de Loulé, where we’ll buy the ingredients needed to make Cataplana Algarvia and a starter of regional products. During the experience, participants will have the opportunity to learn the whole process of preparing this traditional dish. At the end, we’ll enjoy the meal cooked in the restaurant itself, accompanied by a bottle of Algarve white wine and water.
