This workshop aims to develop the learning of the traditional technique of painting in seventeenth-century tiles, with cobalt blue pigment.

Program

This workshop aims to develop the learning of the traditional technique of painting in tiles of the seventeenth century, with cobalt blue pigment, proposing the recreation of Single Figure Tiles, with the typical themes: florals, animals and boats.
Each person will be able to paint up to 3 tiles.

Ceramics allowed two passions to merge, illustration and sculpture, where hands flow as if they had a life of their own, without strings attached, telling stories and creating other realities. Resident of Oficina do Barro and trainer in ceramics and tile painting, she creates pieces inspired by nature and the sea. He works mainly in stoneware and porcelain, also using techniques such as Japanese raku.
