A guided tractor tour of Quinta do Freixo, with a detailed explanation of the concept of regenerative agriculture as applied on the farm.
Program
The experience includes visits to:
- Jam factory
- Area where native breeds are raised (Campaniça sheep, Algarve cattle, and Alentejo pigs)
- Sheep shearing demonstration in the open field
It also includes a tasting of farm products and concludes with a lunch prepared using ingredients grown on the farm.
